자재의 입고처리 시 검사를 하고 입고처리를 하게 됩니다.
즉 이동유형이 103(보류재고)-->105(입고) 로 처리하여 재고로 잡고 있습니다.
그런데 qm에서 자재의 합격(용도결정 이라고 하는것 같습니다?)을 처리하고 난뒤에 이것의 합격 취소를 할수 없는건인지요?
여러 사람들의 의견으로 합격을 하고 나면 취소가 안된다고 하더라구요.
다만 편법으로 105(합격)로 처리된 것을 106으로 합격취소를 하고 있다고 합니다.
정말 QM에서는 합격된자재에 대해 합격취소를 할 수 없는것인지요? 물론 자재가 투입되고 난뒤에는 합격취소를
할수가 없겠지만 아직 투입되지 않은 자재에 대해서는 합격취소를 할 수가 있을 것 같습니다.

검사 종료후 취소 프로세스를 SAP에서 허용하지 않는것 같습니다. 독일은 전체 공장을 다 멈추게 할수 있을 정도로 품질의 권한이 막강하다고 하네요.
해당사항에 대해서 NOTES를 검색해보았지만, 취소하는 프로그램은 제공하지만 사용에 대한 책임은 장담하지 못한다고 하네요.
