서비스 팩 2를 설치한 뒤에

Sapshow.exe 로 kep 화일을 볼때 노트가 보일지 않을때 조치 사항입니다.

Start Registry Editor (Start -> Run -> regedit.exe)
Select the following key in the Windows registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet Explorer MainFeatureControlFEATURE_DISABLE_MK_PROTOCOL]

Select "New" -> "DWORD Value"
                       Value Name: sapshow.exe
                       Value: 0x00000000

If SAP KW Viewer is started during these actions, close the application and restart it to make the changes to the registry effective.
