I am currently working with a Global Agriculture Client as they implement SAP Globally and they are in need of a Change Manager to be based in South Korea for their upcoming rollout/template implementation. In Korea they have 4 plants an office and technical center. Role does need someone who can be quite self-autonomous, with ability to both build leader change capability in Business Readiness and step back and be more execution orientated in deployment. • Start date is beginning of March 2019 • Duration - 12 months • Korean/English bi-lingual • Base location – Seoul and Pyeongtaek • SAP experience is a must • Hands-on Change and Communications deployment experience is a must
